Arsenal is expected to field the young side for Carling Cup as traditional, why is Arsenal's standing in Premier League so bad now? Why are them not the title contender? Because Arsenal is transforming into the young guns :-) Fabregas is going to replace Vieira well, Van Persie to replace Bergkamp, Rosicky replace Pires, Adebayor replace Wiltord, etc. This is why, they are not matured enough to be top, but its enough for them to stay in top 3 with these young guns. So even for Carling Cup, with these teenages young man, I believe they can display something special.
